The Address Jumeirah Gate, JBR Dubai
The Address Jumeirah Gate is a mixed-use twin 74 storey tower development that will occupy a prime location at the end of JBR Beach. With its exclusive position of having beach and marina access, this creates a destination in itself.
The 303m-high tower’s pure form is an ellipse in plan with a void in the centre that serves to increase daylight penetration and views to the Palm, JBR Beach and the horizon. In essence the building functions as two towers with separate cores that are connected at the base for the lobby and at the top for the penthouses and sky lofts. The building and its structure are oriented towards the views of the Palm and the beach, and are positioned to ensure no view obstructions from the neighbouring towers.
Through the hotel lobby, one can view the sea behind a series of infinity pools and terraces. The podium and the landscape cascade into the beach, creating an a fifth elevation.
The 242,000m² building will accommodate a 182 key five-star hotel, 479 residential apartments as well as 496 serviced-branded apartments. It comprises three podium levels which make up the front and back-of-house. The Western tower holds 14 floors dedicated to hotel and 54 floors of services apartments. The Eastern tower is occupied with 68 floors of residential apartments.
The building is topped by a roof top restaurant, bar and infinity pool. The podium includes a wide selection of specialty restaurants, an all-day dining restaurant and bars within the tower, on the pool decks and at the end of the revetment as an entrance to the Dubai Marina. A proposed Michelin star seafood restaurant at the tip of this quay is accessible from the hotel. Guests can be transported via golf carts along the revetment reaching out into the Arabian Gulf.
The Address’ proximity to the active street life along Jumeirah Beach Residences and The Beach with the numerous retail and F&B outlets and connectivity to the metro and tram stations will when complete, make this a destination of choice for residents and visitors.
