We have timeless, contextually inspired, innovative and sustainable design at the core of every project whether a masterplan, complex mixed use, super high rise, museum, or resort. We are looking for a well-seasoned (15 years+) Senior Design Manager who has experience combining creativity and technical knowledge with business skills, collaborating with a team of architects and designers to deliver unparalleled architectural projects to the client’s satisfaction.

We are looking for a Senior Design Architect who is passionate about creating award winning architecture and has a technical knowledge to deliver these projects in line with our values of sustainability and innovation. The ideal candidate will already have strong links with existing clients and possess a flair for building new client relationships and growing the business. Over 15 years experience required.
Senior Site Architect
We are looking for a Senior Site Architect with minimum of 15 years experience. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of British, American and International Design Standards, hospitality experience and the ability to interpret project specifications, client requirements and constructability requirements.
This role is responsible for the site supervision of the contractors architectural and interior design works.
Senior Contracts & Construction Manager
We are looking for a Senior Contracts & Construction Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have the following qualities and skills:
- Minimum of 15 years work experience in Architecture, Design, Construction, Contracts Management field
- Excellent knowledge of FIDIC Forms of Contract

Candidate is required to lead the team of Engineers and BIM Technicians, to present the designs to clients and other consultants and to submit / present and defend the design in front of the local authority. Chartership (ICE / IStructE of PE) as well as DM Certificate to design for Unlimited Heights is advantage.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Architect who will ensure a smooth design process and a successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have over 9 years of experience, strong organisational skills, and an innovative design flair. Revit skills are essential. Rhino, Enscape, Grasshopper and Dynamo preferred.

3D Concept Design Architect

BIM Manager
We are looking for a BIM Manager to coordinate projects teams which include technical upskilling and mentoring. Over 8 years experience required.
Structural BIM Technician
At least 7 years of experience, capable of taking a project through all stages from Concept to Construction Stage in terms of BIM model management, drawing preparation and inter-disciplinary coordination – Revit, Navisworks skills essential. Experience working with consultants on Middle East projects will be an advantage.
BID / Proposal Manager
We are looking for an experienced Proposal and Bid Specialist who will be responsible for the bidding process for multiple projects, including both commercial and technical aspects of the contracts. Architectural background is essential, Project Management experience desirable. Over 8 years experience required.
IT Administrator
We are looking for an IT professional to work closely with our IT Manager to assist with and manage our essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT field, excellent problem-solving skills as well as analytical and communication skills.
Admin Staff
Admin staff includes positions relating to; Document Controller, Receptionist and Accountants.
