Our highly qualified Project Managers are responsible for the overall management and coordination of the project team, overseeing design, commercial and contract matters to ensure projects are delivered in line with Client requirements.
The Project Managers will provide strong leadership, promoting open communication, proactive resolution of matters arising and accountability across the project team.
They also plays a key role in the transition from design through to site supervision, ensuring a smooth handover from the pre-contract design team to the post-contract site team.
The Site Team is fully briefed and provided with all relevant project documentation , drawings, specifications and contract documentation required to effectively execute the works.
During construction, the Project Manager maintains oversight of design-related site matters, working closely with both the design and site teams to ensure technical issues are coordinated and resolved proactively as a team.
