Jumeirah Residences Al Maryah Island is envisioned as a sculptural waterfront landmark that reflects Abu Dhabi’s ambition and evolving urban identity. The architecture is defined by movement and fluidity, moving away from rigid geometry toward softer forms shaped by wind, water, and light. The tower responds directly to its coastal setting, creating a dynamic silhouette that shifts throughout the day while maintaining a sense of calm and refinement.

The building is wrapped in a warm bronzed façade that captures the changing light like a polished gemstone shaped by tumbling waves. This material expression enhances the relationship between architecture and environment, reinforcing a sense of timeless luxury rooted in place. At the heart of the tower, a cantilevered orbital ring forms a defining architectural gesture. Elevated above the city, this sky deck accommodates ultra luxury residential amenities and offers uninterrupted panoramic views across the Abu Dhabi skyline and surrounding waters.

Layered terraces are integrated throughout the tower, allowing interior living spaces to extend naturally toward the sea and the city beyond. These moments of openness strengthen the connection between inside and outside, creating an elevated residential experience defined by light, openness, and spatial flow.

Every aspect of the design has been carefully considered to support longevity, lifestyle, and enduring value. From orientation and massing to materiality and detail, the architecture is shaped by a commitment to clarity, performance, and timeless design. The interiors are conceived as calm, human centred environments that prioritise privacy, wellbeing, and comfort within a vibrant urban context.

Developed in close collaboration with Emirates Developments and Jumeirah, the project aligns architectural expression with hospitality led living. The result is a building that is both distinctive and intuitive, offering a refined balance between luxury and liveability.
