SZR Tower lies within a prominent Business Bay Location, in proximity to the Burj Khalifa, and sitting along Sheikh Zayed Road. The tower is intended to be striking; both in its slender 1:14 height-to-width ratio, and also in the attention to detail, with outstanding facade design.
The intent of the design was to create a building that stood proud within the Downtown Dubai skyline, while also being effective at human scale, on the ground, at the entrance upon approach, and also when passing at high speed along Sheikh Zayed Road.
The design comprises of two towers. The residential tower includes F&B, retail units at the lower level, a residents only gym and multi-purpose facilities. The parking tower includes parking for residents and the residents only pool on the roof.
